When I was in a company, one of my managers, appreciated as a very excellent expert in my team, said to me that who's gonna get a success. His idea was simple. According to him, the most crucial ingredient of success is in the moment that being anxious to try anything in really long time. In short, wanna get a success, must do hard in very long time. He said, that time has to be at least 10 years. He talked to me "Anything do really hard for 10 years, you can get an any result that could be called a success."
Frankly speaking, the moment that I heard his idea about success, I absorbed it just abstractly. I really agreed with that idea, but it's a just rational thing and that's all. True part of myself really didn't reach to the genuine value of his idea in that time. Maybe still, too. However, the times that recent days, I do admit and understand his idea a little bit more. It really does. Something, consisted of truly valuable endeavor and has been accomplished in a very long time, is the most difficult and important thing in the world. To do whatever in the world, really I have to prepare for that fully and gotta sincere willingness for that, too. I don't know maybe the fact that I've got failures and troubles in a row recently, could be a reason that I've recalled his best idea of success yet again. But anyway I really have much time to think about an idea that he said to me, today.
